"Anastasia, the front desk manager was outstanding! She helped us tremendously when booking day trips. She gave us incredible advice on delicious restaurants. Highly recommend. We also use the spa service and it was lovely. It is very convenient. Bus stops right outside the door of the hotel. Walkable to the Royal Mile. "

"The Royal Mile has become a zoo, but it's also the spine of Edinburgh (literally), and so a hotel on an extension of the Royal Mile that's both centrally located and not quite so frenetic is a great compromise. "Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Edinburgh’s Royal mile. Extremely clean modern rooms and very comfortable bed. The tiny kitchen and washing machine was a bonus and the staff was so helpful. Dining in was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable stay ."

"Great experience, exceeded my expectations over value for money. The bunks have privacy screens around the head and feet of the bed, which made sharing a room feel less invasive. Music can be heard from the bar around the front of the building (it’s summer, so we had the windows open) but it wasn’t an issue, my days were so packed with walking and exploring that I slept really well! "The hotel is probably priced as a cheap option but it is anything but! It’s about a 15 min walk to the city. 2 modern art galleries on its doorstep and a scenic walk from the river leith. As for the actual hotel it’s amazing!! From management to housekeeping,maintenance and front of desk and obviously the bar staff 😊 are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life and they go out and there way to help. Can’t thank them enough for making me feel loved "
