"Great hostel and close to everything"

"Great location, right next to the zoo. Many transit options in front of the hotel.Room needs an update. Faucet/tap is wonky. Water pressure could be better. Staff were indifferent to outright rude one time."

"This hotel is in a GREAT location. It is only a 5-15 minute walk to most of the touristy Royal Mile things. There is a Sainsbury's and a Costa Coffee right next door. And a bus stop right outside the doors (although we walked everywhere). The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. We weren't in the room much, except to sleep, and it was perfect for that."

"A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Quiet, but close to walkable must see locations. The people working were wonderful and kind and upgraded us on the second leg of our stay. The only complaints we had are a couple times items that we requested be brought to our room were not brought, and some fairly large dust bunnies on the floor. Despite that, I would stay again for the comfort and location!"
