"Pool was beautiful. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating to the best of their ability. Service was often slow when waiting for the check. We developed norovirus while there and staff was not prepared to help us with availability of cleaning supplies during the night while housekeeping was off. Gym was mediocre but the necessary equipment was Available. "

We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony. "

"Room was clean and large but needs updated. Bathroom has low tiolets and sinks we stayed in flamboyant building. Oceanfront room view was nice view. Front desk staff, maid services and beach towels staff were helpful. Beach bar and beach staff not friendly and a bit rude. I was told to get my own table and chair after waiting to get an answer as they look like they were sleeping "

"The Atrium is a nice hotel and a great location. It's a 30 second walk to the beach from their pool area. The beach is supplied with blue chairs and umbrellas for the Atrium. Theres multiple restaurants that area just a sgort walk away from the Atrium. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all have a nice balcony. You can either take a taxi to get around or use the Bus and bus stop is located across from the burger king just down the street. "

"Check in was a nightmare! After a full day of traveling, the room wasn't ready, even though it was 6 pm. Then we had to wait for a bellman for about 30 minutes to take us to the room, even though we wanted to just walk ourselves. Once we said were not going to attend the DIVI VACATIONS meeting, which was only available at noon on one of our days, the attitude changed! It was difficult to find chairs together at the pool, the pool was not in great condition either, there were lots of missing...

"It feels like management/ownership is leaving the staff out to dry. One day they had a pipe leak and we couldn’t get any hot water. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t hooked up and never did get hooked up. Had to TRY and get ice every morning. Apparently ice is like gold there. The room was good and we had a nice view of the ocean. There were a bunch of little things that just added up turn our stay into an average one."

"Amazing property. This one is pretty new. At the time of our stay, the concierge (Nicky) said it had only been open for about 3 months. Nicky was amazing, always one message away and extremely helpful with planning. Did not get to use the pool but it looked beautiful, and it is open 24/7. The views are amazing. I would definitely stay here again, though, you should be wary that it is pretty high up in a hill. The traffic was pretty bad to the other areas but it may have been the time that we...
