"Spotless, great staff, nice location"

"We just got back from the Sonesta!! Signature island view double room. We had stunning sunset ocean views every day. This property is great. I'd 100% recommend this place. The room was cleaned every day. Fridge re-stocked every day. Pool area both kids pool and adults along with waterslides were great. Food and service was great. Staff was super great. The kids loved the kids club. Evening entertainment almost every night. The beach is rocky/wavy. If you're a strong swimmer you're fine. If not,...

"Beautiful property, beach is lovely. It is good to have a car if you stay here. The restaurants have good food but it is the only option, especially for breakfast. Breakfast only serves buffet which is 39$ each person, so it gets very expensive for a week "

"Sonesta is a great option as there are not many all-inclusive resorts on the island. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and so helpful. We stayed on the adult side and having a pool to ourselves was nice. It is less lively than the kids side but you can just walk over if you want the activities. "

"Food was pretty good. Shower wasn’t the best and water smelled weird. Room was so big and beautiful with an amazing balcony. Around new years service was slow but after it was good. Someone who stood out to us was Mimi at pure ocean. She was the best!! Comfortable location and although there is so much to explore in SXM, the resort was so relaxing and nice that I didn’t really want to leave. "

"The staff was amazing, so helpful... Marcia was the best, our go to girl for everything. The room was nice... Not perfect but nice. The only complaints I have is we had to ask for service every day to get clean towels and sheets and the last who did breakfast and runs the bar outside is not very friendly. But all n all we loved it! Definitely recommend. Thank you Marcia for making our trip memorable !!"

"We stayed eleven days here and the room that we had was the studio suit. Spacious for a long stay and the best air conditioner I ever had on an Island. The market on the main floor had everything we needed. The only issue we had was we planned a cookout on the rooftop for New Year's Eve. The Commodore has two gas grills for guest. We cleaned and seasoned are meat that afternoon but when we started to grill that evening the gas tanks were empty. We immediately reported this to the front desk...
