"Great location, fabulous room, modern and spacious."

"The room was very clean and roomy. I loved the tile shower and how hot the water was. The front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. As were the people that cleaned up everyones breakfast dishes. The breakfast itself was really great with a selection of eggs, meat, mushrooms (that I loved) waffles, yougurt fruit and breads. I looked forward to it each morning. No idea about the parking since I took a train to Bath. It's also incredibly well situated to the city center."

"Great location, very boutique style hotel. The lighting in the room needs to be improved dramatically. It was dim and difficult to read a book. Minor issue, but the coffee cups provided were old and had significant stains, a real put off if using them for coffee or tea. The doors in lobby made significant noise that carried up through the second floor. Perhaps look at a way to dampen that."

"Absolute gem! Pleasantly surprised for a city hotel. Room was beautifully decorated with everything you’d need thought of. Foyer and public areas are extremely tastefully designed. Excellent on site secure car park."

"The cleaning staff were lovely. The room was comfortable. However when I booked and paid for this room it was The Bristol Hotel but by the time I got there it was a Leonardo Group establishment. Had I known this I would not have booked here as I have a moral objection to this hotel group for humanitarian reasons. I am so disappointed and angry and will never book this hotel again."

"Hotel very well located within the centre of Bristol but in a fairly quiet small pedestrian street. Quite a maze to get to your room depending on which you get. The room and bathroom is clean and a good standard 4 star hotel experience. Bed could be bigger as they’re only UK king. Breakfast is not good, the buffet and sitting area is too small for the number of rooms and the hot options are not good either. Scrambled eggs were rubber like, and the rest isn’t great either. I would skip...

"Disappointing stay, with poor soundproofing and an eye-watering bar bill. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear practically everything throughout the night. I was eventually woken up at 5am by another guest using their toilet. Nobody expects complete silence in a hotel, but when you can hear that level of noise from neighbouring rooms, something clearly isn’t right. A decent night’s sleep should be the bare minimum. The bar wasn’t much better either. I ordered two drinks expecting to pay...

"Clean room good size if you are travelling with luggage . Good bathroom all spotless and well looked after Great breakfast with lots of choice and even hot sauce The tiny negative was that the room was hot even in Oct and the aircon wasn’t strong enough to cool it down"

"Place is clean and cozy. Rooms are a bit on smaller side and in some of them do have smell of dump (due to shower room being part of the room). Very nice and polite staff, good restaurant and gym. Nice swimming pool."
