"I stayed here for a quick getaway just a quick overnight trip. The rooms are outdated. The mattress literally squeaked and the worst part about it was there was roaches in not one but two rooms. After seeing a roach crawling in our first room we were moved to a different room in the morning when attempting to go to the balcony we were greeted by two roaches. The only thing nice about the hotel is the balcony view. "

"Great stay overall. Check-in was kinda long, compared to other hotels but was 15 minutes at most. Staff was friendly. The parking situation was annoying at first but you get used to it. I didn’t have any food there. The water parks were great for adults and kids. Not many issues of kids being rowdy besides normal kid stuff, I mean what do you expect. Only gripe with waterparks was no internal corridor to travel through when it was cold. Plenty of room and pool towels provided, housekeeping...

"Our room was excellent, better than expected. Clean, up to date. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We went to the gym twice. It would have been beneficial to have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels to wipe equipment down after use. Love the available equipment. Should alternate treadmills and elliptical for the view of the ocean.lol. Outdoor pools, hot tubs and beach access were all awesome! Wish the weather was better for our stay! "

"Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it"

"The room was newly renovated. We've stayed here multiple times before. Love this place. The staff is wonderful, the pools are great, it's away from the crowd, but close enough to everything. This time we did run into a few issues. The bath tub wouldn't drain, there was no fitted sheet on the bed, remote was missing and they couldn't find one until the next morning. So we didn't watch tv at all. Other than that. Great place to stay."

"We love the Beach House! It’s our 5th time there and we love it. The rooms are big and clean. Ashley the bartender on the porch is always so friendly and having the tiki hut live music all day is a huge plus. The food is also amazing! They recently changed the menu and it’s great! Would highly recommend "

"We weren’t able to use some the amenities because of renovation but the outdoor pool was very nice. The grounds were nicely kept up and the location wasn’t bad. We didn’t have to travel very far for Broadway at the beach, outlet and the mall. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer are definitely a perk. We would stay here again."

"Wedding weekend in Charleston-hotel was well Located yo provide a lower cost option to staying in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Heated pool was a plus. Would have loved a hot tub and safe in the room."
