"We stayed on the condo side of the property so I'm only reviewing that. We got to the room and there were 2 large garbage bags, full, on the floor just outside of our room. These stayed for a day and a half. The room was very old and outdated. The bathroom was the worst. Dirty, patched holes all over, moldy ceiling and shower. Garbage still in the room from the prior guests when we arrived. Paid to upgrade to an ocean front room. Very disappointing to have to look across the pool to see...

"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

"We were sick when there. It was awful! But the staff were so kind! They even came and gave an extra cleaning when they didn’t have to. They were so sweet! This was our 2nd time staying here, & it was wonderful again. "

"Location to beach was great. As soon as you walk out from the hotel, there's the pool and right after that you're walking onto the beach."

"This was our second stay in 6 months and that should say everything. An all round great resort of the perfect size with immaculate grounds and great amenities. Great to have two heated pools and a large jacuzzi. Direct access to private beach is cherry on top.We love to stroll around the property, watch turtles, birds as well as play games around one of their fire pits late in the evening. They also have all kind of food options within the property. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else at...

"Indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. They both had lazy rivers. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was ocean front. Parking was across the street but easily accessible "

"The kids loved the pool and the water slides. The room was decent and clean but nothing special and felt dated. The balcony could use some more comfortable chairs. One of the elevators was broken for a few days so getting up and down to the room was a hassle. They advertise that towels and garbage is changed daily which they did. When checking in there was a note that if you want full service with linen change they would accommodate with 24 hours notice. After asking for such they left sheets...

"Front desk person was pushy for the presentation even after I said no three times. Pillows too soft as I prefer a firm pillow. Mildred smell in my condo, like the AC unit was leaking into the carpet. "
