"The resort is phenomenal! A beautiful view from every villa whether on the beach o in the mountains.
The staff was so nice from the front when you checked in to the bar and every restaurant.
Great food and dinners at all the restaurants onsite. We have a daughter with Celiac and every meal was delicious for her.
We loved it for our family of four and would definitely go back!"

"Over a 7 night stay, our room lost power to a portion of the 1 bedroom suite and to both AC units 6 times! One morning we awoke to water leaking from the ceiling. It took 2 maintenance crews a 9 hours to completely resolve. When this happened, I suggested that perhaps we should be moved to another room. I was told management would be contacted but management never contacted us. The power issue wasn’t a resort wide problem just our room. They always fixed the problems but when you pay this...

"The staff was very helpful, kind and pleasant. The property needs maintenance and inside the rooms weren't the best. The external part of the property is beautiful and the beach access very convenient. If the rooms were well maintained I would have given it a better rating."

"Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views.
We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place.
The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there.
Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down...
