"4**** Overall an excellent stay, clean & tidy, with helpful staff throughout all areas.
Easy to find from the M6, the staff were lovely, very helpful - especially when they saw that we were oap's, and I am a wheelchair user - nothing was too too much for them. The room was very clean and smelled it, with a light, fresh, fragrance that lasted throughout the night until we checked out the following morning. However, the fragrance wasn't cloying nor was it overwhelming.
The service onsite were very good. Friendly staff, good range of food outlets to suit most choices, and tables were clean and cleared immediately after they were vacated. Parking was excellent, lots of spaces, a number of accessible disabled bays with adequate room to get my wheelchair out, and for my 81 year old husband to swing his legs round to comfortably get his legs out of the car,
The outside did look a little tired and in need of some tlc in some areas, hence the one star off of my review."
