We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. What a wonderful stay here. The staff was the most kind and supportive when we went out to a mountain. I was really surprised when they gave me a snacks and a bottle of water. All the facility was clean and great. Nothing to complain.

The hotel is right by the station which is very handy for a multi centre holiday and it is very central for everything you may want to do in Bern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The roof terrace is beautiful and the rooms are really well equipped really comfy beds and brilliant showers. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that, breakfast was 40 chf per head which seemed a lot so we used local cafes instead. A dream place for holiday stay. The dinner was excellent, as well the service. Only a bit pity is the afternoon coffee took longer time to wait.

Really nice hotel in a great location, don't fool yourself into thinking you can walk there with you case from the station though - It's not far but it's a massive hill. The staff throughout could not be more helpful and friendly, they really make the stay. The only thing is that it is very expensive, breakfast is CHF40 and diner at any of the hotel's restaurants is very expensive (but also very nice!!). There are plenty of good alternatives within an easy walk though. I would highly recommend...

Fantastic hotel. Absolutely beautiful place with brilliant staff. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

Hotel Victoria is around a 3 minute walk from Glion station (cog train from Montreux train station which takes around 12 mins). Stunning views from our lakeside room. Room 3 has an interconnecting door to Room 2 and is not particularly well soundproofed. Due to health issues with our neighbour, little sleep was had on the first night.
