"My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"This was a beautiful resort. We loved the enormous buffet and endless ice cream and drinks available. Our only complaint would be the cigarette smoking everywhere. Coming from America it’s not something we are used to. The family in the room next to us would sit on their balcony and smoke and it would make our room smell like cigarettes at night. That was the only downside though! Otherwise we had a wonderful experience!"
