"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. "My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Die Anlage ist riesig, Essen sehr sehr vielfältig. Die Gäste werden jeden Tag unterhalten (Sport,Spiele,Livemusik etc). Es gibt genug Ruhebereiche. Egal ob man als Paar, Freunde oder mit Kindern reist. Alle haben Platz und niemand stört den anderen. Baby und Behindertengerecht. Wir haben nichts negatives gefunden. We went during kid's spring break and over half of the roller coasters were down for maintenance. "The best part about the property are the staff who will go above and beyond to help you out. Special thanks to the guest services lady on the night shift, Suleyman at Vista & Ivy and Mehmet in Le Buffet for their thoughtful service. The property is vast, has a private beach and is well maintained. The main thing that did not work is that there is only one restaurant that is included as part of the all-inclusive package.
