The name is unknown due to lack of a name tag, but the female employee who worked at 11:10 a.m. on September 29th. She treated me or made me wait recklessly since the check-in time. "Our stay at Seven Hills Hotel was exceptional. We were offered a room upgrade to their largest room w/ view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our windows! Both were in easy walking distance. We could not have had a better location in Old Town. Guest services were above and beyond. Our Concierge Ozzy helped us set up a private tour guide and Kadir, our bellman made us Taxi reservations at a good price.
