"A choisir..tentez un autre hébergement.trés bien situé et le personnel est agréable.
La décoration est bien, de type musée..en revanche plomberie vétuste, salle de bain trés moyenne, le sol sale,les fenêtre n'ouvrent pas, télé pas programmée, clim hors d'age ne fonctionne pas...lit...heu..à changer
Rénovation à entrevoir.."

"Generally very disappointed with our stay. We wanted to experience old world grand Italian hospitality and instead found tired and worn, disinterested staff and generally poor and offhand service. The hotel is full of large, mostly American tour groups and seems to cater well to their needs. We booked a junior suite as we like large rooms and the photos looked great - alas we got two small adjoining rooms overstuffed with large furniture and as far from the lift as you could get - so not...

"Hotel amenities are spectacular. Bikes were available and breakfast and happy hour were all wonderful! Great location to be inside the walls but not in the middle of the chaos and tourist."

"Breakfast was outstanding. There was a very nice buffet, excellent hot selections from the kitchen, and excellent coffee selection which was not from a machine.
Rooms were spacious and showers exceptionally nice."
