She said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quaint, plus she was fortunate enough to be able to check in early (normally I don’t think so, but I’m not sure). " The rooms, bathrooms and lobby etc., were absolutely spotless. The Breakfast was awesome. Delicious food, great selection, varied healthy options each day. The service was absolutely the best service I ever had..anywhere. They were so kind, helpful and attentive. You are lucky to have such a great staff. Especially. Rachel, Angela, Clyde and Nestor. Next time I’m in Florence I will be staying at the Solo Experience. "
