I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. A very good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.

Excellent customer service. Starting on my arrival- warm welcome, checked in a few hours earlier, in restaurant service very good, great food by one of top chief, high experience spa therapist. Until end of my stay management make my stay unforgettable. Experience of modern and heritage (Arabic designer) of the Ajman Saray.

Everything is just so wonderful

Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations. Fantastic trip with husband and two young kids. Excellent choice at breakfast, we upgraded once there to have dinner included which was also amazing….dessert bar is just far too tempting! Lovely pool with lots of lifeguards present. They made such an effort with my two boys too. Room was good even though sadly not much view as looked onto Etihad stadium. We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stat at the JA Palm Tree Court hotel staying on an all inclusive basis. We would highly recommend the all inclusive package as the quality and choice of food & drink at all times was simply amazing and provided great value for money. The beach/ pools/ restaurants / bars throughout the hotel are all superb and the level of professionalism and attentiveness from all members of hotel staff is second to none. This is the third time we’ve stayed at the RIU Dubai and it gets better each time

The service was amazing!!! Since the check in to the check. All the staff are there to help you. Even on the breakfast they was always some one near to my table to serve me the orange jus or coffee. I m always going to the 5stars hotel in dubai but I never saw the same high level of service

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful, lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk to beach. The breakfast was excellent a lot of variety. The only slight downfall was waiting to get access to our room when we arrived , it would have been good if we were allocated another room whilst waiting as we had to wait along time. Otherwise me and my husband really loved our stay and would definitely visit again.

We had never been to Abu Dhabi before, although had been to Dubai a couple of times. We looked at a few hotels before deciding on the Sofitel, based on other reviews that we'd read. This is the second time I have stayed at the Towers Rotana hotel. It is well positioned, just 200 meters from the metro that will take you to all the places to see. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms, although expensive compared to hotels out of the main town area, are clean, quiet and ideal.
