"Shangri-La Dubai exceeded our expectations and proved to be an exceptional stay for our family of 4 during our time in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, helpful and always readily available to assist. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and they wheeled in a twin bed that was neatly made in the living room for our 3 year old as well as a pack and play for our 18 month old to sleep in prior to our arrival. Our room was clean and stocked with EVERY toiletry item you could've needed along with L'Occitane soaps and lotions for use. Every employee from the doorman to our housekeeper was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet each morning was plentiful - stocked with fresh fruits, yogurts, pastries and specialty items along with an omelet station and each time we ordered room service it was timely and delicious. I am SO glad that we chose this hotel over the other 5 star resorts that were mentioned as the best. They truly prioritize service and guest experience. Shangri-La has changed our idea of comfortability and will be our go-to hotel moving forward!"
