"This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. My task now is to get my money back from...

"Hotel staff was friendly n location wise ok. But the hotel is quite old n they r renovating the upper floors. Was noisy early in the morning. Room was dusty but bed n bathroom was alright. Not recommended for family with kids. The condition din bother us as we left at 8am n return after 9pm. Price is cheap"

"For HMC this was a nice stay and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and well prepared. There were no hidden charges. Remember, this is Vietnam in a very busy city in a very busy area. Great breakfast! Excellent restaurant nearby. I’d stay again and the room was quiet. "
