"The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. "

"The hotel lobby, breakfast area was fairly new looking, lots of seating. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were not bad other than there is no place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom or anywhere to put your soap or shampoo. The tv was a bit confusing to operate and the guide didn't work. Had to flip through to find the channel. Other than that, would definitely stay again. "

"First room, phone didn't work. No remote for tv, when we got one it didn't work. Toilet was leaking all over the floor. Had to go to a new room. Key card wouldn't open door to get into hotel. Luckily staff personnel was there and let us in. Someone was supposed to bring us a new key card. Waited an hour, never showed. We had to go to the office to get it. Didn’t like climbing the steep hill where our room was. We like to leave the car parked and walk the town. The climb up was incredibly...

"The room and view were amazing. Getting to use the fireplace while watching it snow outside was unbelievably beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we returned every evening there was warm apple cider to completely round out the rustic cabin feel. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was very friendly. Very convenient location, steps away from tram to ober mountain. Pictures are accurate. When we were there the elevator was out of order so id call beforehand if youre someone/have someone in your trip that would need the elevator. Rooms were clean. The fireplace is obviously electric and didnt seem to give out much heat, so dont base your choice on the fireplace. "

"Nice place was exactly what I pictures showed. Only problems were they didn’t disclose lounge was closed for season until after booked and fire pits were not turned on. Would stay again. Walking distance from the strip(wouldn’t walk down the hill it’s on) but far enough and isolated from the busy area, weird how both things can be true. Feels like a cabin in the woods with hotel amenities. "
