"I took my kids to help me celebrate Mother’s Day. Friday night , I realized my comforter had a musty , body odor scent . The comforter was not clean AT ALL! I noticed the from desk , the only thing they did was come in and remade the bed. How I know ? I left the musty comforter in the closet and was left witout a comforter and only sheets. Even though I brought my own face towels , their face towels were as dingy …I was disgusted ! I definitely won’t re-book this hotel ."

"The room I reserved had a loud, squealing toilet upon check in. Maintenance worked on the toilet for 45 minutes while I waited in the lobby. Eventually, I was given another room when maintenence was unable to make the repair. The room I was given was dirty. Dust was all over the floors. Alarm clock was broken. USB charging ports were unpowered and useless. The swimming pool was dirty and unheated. The only bright spot in the stay was the continental breakfast. The breakfast had plentiful...

"Hotel is located up a hill away from the crowds and main strip which we preferred. We didn’t use any of the amenities but the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast and free drinks are always amazing. We love Embassy Suites and will continue to stay here."

"The property is really nice, clean and has great amenities. Great location and I recommend it for sure. Just some minor stuff that needs upgrading…the tv is satellite(not a smart tv) which is pretty awful for an upscale resort as such and the pillows are some of the worst ones Ive slept on. They’re quick to say no smoking but other guests smoked right on the property. The older lady with glasses at the check in desk was rude and seemed impatient. "Mixed bag. The room itself was gorgeous with high end furnishings. Really enjoyed it once we got in. Gorgeous bathroom and shower. Water pressure could be better. Unfortunately the check in app link we were sent didn’t work on multiple devices and different locations and did not receive prompt response which delayed our check in by 2 hours.
