We should have requested a ground level room, so if booking this hotel, ask for this immediately. "On the surface very happy to be staying here great location for Chelsea Flower show. However we had to move rooms as we discovered on the morning of the first night there were bedbugs!!! Ugh. Totally put me off. Manager very apologetic, told us they would send us a copy of the report. Guess what, no report ever received. No compensation offered by way of goodwill either. If you willing to chance a stay (l wouldn’t again) the breakfast was very food."
