"Quiet location with friendly staff. We went with several people so we're in several of the rooms and each of them were in need of a good cleaning. Many reviews mentioned lack of cleanliness but there were responses saying it was addressed so we took a chance. We knew it was older but clean it was not. Just painting the baseboards would help to dress it up a bit. But it was badly in need of sweeping and mopping in places besides the lobby and common areas. I wouldn't recommend or go back. And be aware, they direct you to the time share desk "to finish checking in.""

"It was fine if the price was actually what I paid. But they charged my card over 100 for insurance and never paid it back. I ended up paying over 160 for a very run down motel basically and didnt hardly use the room at all except to sleep."

"Wonderful balcony looking straight at ocean and beach with access from living room and primary bedroom fully stocked with chairs, table, and fun kids beach toys! Beautiful condo. Near swimming pool side elevator so 2nd bedroom could hear elevator going up and down all night. Communication with Property Manager for door codes was easy and fast. Did let them know coffee pot kcup side didn’t work and poured water out instead and when you used carafe side it leaks about 2 cups of water out on the kitchen counter so always had to have a towel ready when making coffee. They said they would send someone to check it out but never did. You have to pay extra for parking, but we felt the vehicle was safe. Would stay at condo and property again if good price."
