"The property was beautiful. Although the parking lot was across the street, there was a tunnel that went under the road to safely access the parking lot. The pool was large and friendly staff was present. My kids enjoyed the daily bingo and activities. The ice cream shop was closed which was a bummer, but there are other ice cream shops across the road and within walking distance. We did not use the restaurant onsite."

"The location is the best thing about this property. The pool looked nice although we did not use it. The beach access is super easy. Our room was Ocean view which was very nice. The check-in process was very simple, but the staff was not very friendly and did not provide any information outside of handing us a room key. The exterior was very old and rundown. The bathroom in our room desperately needs updating. The tub was not clean however, the sink and countertop have been updated and that part was clean and fresh. Our king bed was comfortable with clean sheets so that was a relief. They need doormats to wipe the sand as there is no carpet in the room. The small balcony had two chairs with a great view, but the AC unit was leaking onto the floor, causing a huge puddle with mildew, gross. The small tiki bar was a nice benefit, but the drinks are overpriced for the surroundings at that hotel. Our room rate was way too high, but we booked very late and it was the only thing left available in the area. It was a sufficient day for one night because we only used the room to shower and sleep. But I would not return to this property."

"The best is a beach view The hotel outdated, , room is clean bed is comfortable. The environment is not peaceful, people talk loudly , smoking even in Elevator (I’m allergic to cigarettes) Front desk staff was nice, It said kitchenette, but no Pans nor pot No utensils, just fridge, stove, microwave Couple plates! I choose just for the beach view, but I wouldn’t recommend it Oh ! Also TV no internet"

"Best hotel my family of 6 has found! We loved it! We will be back! Great breakfast, friendly staff, best pools, best access to the beach, ate dinner at the grill at the pool every night and watched the movies with the kids after the sun went down!"

"The description for this condo said it had a king size bed. The bed was absolutely not a king, and if it was a queen it was the smallest, hardest queen size I've slept on in many years. It felt rickety and the headboard squeaked and hit the wall if you even thought about turning over. The floors were dirty. Obviously had not been cleaned. There were no blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa in the living room. The check in process was cumbersome and annoying. I stayed for 2 nights and got 9 emails from the place before I ever even checked in, and I booked the night before! I also got a slew of text messages telling me I had to send a picture of an ID with me in it, I had to fill out a bunch of forms to submit to the place before had. Thought you're allotted 2 parking spots per condo, we struggled to find 1 space in the lot. The elevators are slow and because the check out time is the same for everyone, 9 am, it means a huge traffic jam at the elevators and in the parking lot at that time. The walls were thin and you could hear every the neighbors walking, talking, etc. The fact that check out is 9 am is also inconvenient. You pay a huge property fee, essentially the cost of a room for a night, and then you don't even get to enjoy the property on your check out day. The pools were nice and the beach access was nice. That was the only benefit of staying here and one I would have like to have been able to take advantage of on my check out day."
