"I felt bad for the front office staff that had to deal with all the angry customers because the cleaning staff was not quick I did early check in at 3:00 and still did not get a room until 8:00 p.m. and this was happening with many others our rooms were not clean any in the five days that we stayed there we had to go by your own room and dustpan to clean up some the game room nothing worked and they will charge half a day if you want to check in early early but yet they would do nothing about not being able to check in at their 4:00 check-in time my room is 4 hours late and they did not offer any kind of half day rate or anything to compensate as if they would have charged if I would have been too early this property has gone completely downhill it has always been my favorite to stay at when I go to Florida however I would be willing to pay a different place for different kind of service and know the channels do not all work on the TV"

"Would have given it a two, but the location is superb. Dirty and in disrepair, as soon as we opened the door to our room the smell of urine blasted us in the face. The bathroom was filthy…blood spattered on the tub and a dirty, wobbly toilet. The beds were hard and sheets were pilling…recommend that you bring your own bedding. We had a small kitchenette and the refrigerator leaked. It could be a nice little gem on the sea. Cleaning and making minor repairs would make a huge difference. In the end, it was a place to sleep. The balcony view of that crystal blue ocean and the easy walk to the beach made everything else bearable. "

"The toilet had poop in it when we arrived and the bed sheets had stains on them. It looks like they were trying to renovate but never completed it so the hotel isn’t very well put together. The front desk receptionist was nice but wasn’t available to accommodate at all times."

"Clean room "

"Poolside was clean and comfy. However, the room was poor. There was roaches all over in the room , bath tub mat very old torn and needs to change. Floor and bath tub fill with sand, didn’t cleaned properly."

"Outdoor pool"

"Everything was very clean, the breakfast was fresh and it was very close to the beach!! One of the front ladies had a bad attitude but other than that I would highly recommend.!!"

"Great place to stay "

"Value for money option - location, size, amenities. However, specific condo I stayed is in need of deep cleaning, some maintenance and upgrade of furniture and mattress. Resort property is very good though."
