"The physical property itself was fine overall. The air conditioning that was listed and also discussed in the paperwork that was provided was non existent. There was no air. There was a unit on the wall that did not work. There were fans in the rooms that just rotated hot air. We were absolutely miserable. The windows were left open upon our arrival which led to mosquitos. Not only were we extremely hot, we were all covered in mosquito bites when we woke up in the morning. I reached out to...
