"It’s great! However, you have to remember many rules while there. I noticed a little double standard when it comes to phone usage. We spent a full week at the property and we felt policed about phone usage 24/7, when to use the swimsuit, when not to use the swimsuit, when to use the towel, when not to use the towels, which stairs I am allowed to use and which I am not allowed to use. "Fantastic grand hotel. Check in staff super friendly. Room gorgeous with wonderful view of the city. Spa just perfect and pools spotless. Really cannot find fault."

"Main problem is noise from the night clubs across the road at the Veronica’s complex. It will stop you sleeping. Plus the poolside staff seem very keen with the Pet Shop Boys and will play all their music ever written every afternoon. Cigarette smoke from nearby balconies easily travels to your room and balcony which I found offputting. Other than that, hotel is reasonably priced, in a good location (except for noise), well looked after and near a lovely beach."

"Chambre propre, personnel souriant et aimable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très complet. Il aurait manqué un endroit pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain."

"I’ve stayed at the hotel now 4 times in the last 12 Months and looking to go back there over Christmas. I stayed in the Club room which gives you access to the club lounge. Really worth the while you doing this as you get all day access to small snacks, drinks, full breakfast and alcohol drinks from 5pm to 9pm. It would be nicer if the bar was open a bit later till at least 10:00pm. Other than that. You can’t go wrong. Brilliant hotel, 10 out of 10"
