"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "I am so happy thank you Jofiya for finding my jumper that was lost on my previous visit. It was a pleasant surprise, as I honestly thought it was gone never to be seen again! "This concept is great! Late night staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size but not clean. I found hairs all over the bathroom floor and I had a slight allergic reaction to the pet hair or dander still present in the room.
If youre going to allow pets then you should also have some rooms where pets are NOT allowed. OR you should be THOROUGHLY cleaning the rooms.
Also the gym could also use a good cleaning.
Location, concept and room size are great but they really need...

"Very friendly staff, clean space, and great location. BIG shout out to the staff - they were always polite and helpful and improved our overall experience.
The only improvement I could suggest is regarding breakfast - we felt the options were limited compared to other breakfasts at similar hotels we've visited.

"Picked this hotel for a Saturday night post-concert evening stop over. England were playing at Wembley, which mean all our normal choices were ridiculously priced. It was perfectly serviceable for our needs, the pod was clean and very quiet. Bathroom facilities are shared per floor, but these were well kept and never very busy.
All food options are vending machines in reception, we just had coffees in the morning, then went elsewhere for breakfast."
