"Loved our 4 night stay! Location is perfect and the food trucks and bar at the base of the bridge was a perfect way to unwind after a big day. Close to a Tesco and Tower Hill station, and we felt safe walking the area at all times. Rooms were big and comfortable, some of the doors and cupboards etc need a freshen up but I believe they are doing that now. Will definitely stay again!!!"

"POD was really roomy and comfortable, the air conditioning was GREAT. Bathroom facilities were clean and the shower rooms were large. Would recommend staying in a lower pod just because the steps are difficult in the middle of the night if you get up to use the toilet."

The ambiance made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast: The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, good quality, and an enjoyable start to the day. Area for Improvement Lunch & Dinner: While the restaurant service and decor were top-notch, the quality of the food during lunch and dinner was disappointing. The dishes fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. With a bit more attention to the culinary side, this place would be absolute perfection."
