"I had an amazing stay at Comfort Airport. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff accommodated all of my needs, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. I also appreciated how conveniently located the hotel was, with shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store all nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Bad customer service and no hospitality"

"Maintenance: bathroom shower needs grouting, toilet seat needs tightening Pools: indoor closed for repair, no repairs evident during the 4 days we were there, outdoor pool was cold but usable on the hot days Evening staff excellent and very helpful, morning staff also helpful Breakfast: would have liked more variety for our extended stay"

"We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn."

They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. "Stupendous and will go back again. The rooms are very spacious with a great view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was fantastic with large portions and fantastic food. We did not have time to walk around the town, but drove through and it is extremely charming."

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Floor was dirty, filled with bugs, lint, and dust. The entire area wreaked of weed. The bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable if it tried. The walls had marks/holes in them, it wasn't even decently painted. I was required to checkout early because I could not stand one more second of being in that room."

"Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience."

"I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for."
