"Exceptional - the attention to detail was amazing. Bedroom, service, food and drinks were first class. The hotel is immaculate and quirky with many added extras like a games room with record player and records, a boot room, a bar with fires. Unfortunately the restaurants were fully booked - so book them early! I will definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel most highly x"

"Courteous reception staff and although we knew we had arrived early (as we were having afernoon tea down the road, as the room was ready we were allowed to check in early, which saved leaving things in a cold car for a few hours. Room was spacious and quiet with great facilities, toiletries, coffee machine, bottles of water etc which were replenished daily. Great breakfast options with tea and coffee refills on request. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast too. It’s so close to Stratford that you can just park the car up and literally cross the road and you’re at the river, theatre, shops, pubs, restaurants and museums.
