"I took my kids to help me celebrate Mother’s Day. Friday night , I realized my comforter had a musty , body odor scent . The comforter was not clean AT ALL! I noticed the from desk , the only thing they did was come in and remade the bed. How I know ? I left the musty comforter in the closet and was left witout a comforter and only sheets. Even though I brought my own face towels , their face towels were as dingy …I was disgusted ! I definitely won’t re-book this hotel ."

"The room is a decent size but lacks drawer space. The bed was a bit too hard for me, although my husband liked it. The shower was a nice size but had low water pressure. The room was quiet and kept cool. My biggest complaint was the parking situation. I understand the intention of maximizing space, but the parking spots are extremely tight and difficult to navigate, especially when people do not pull all the way forward or have larger vehicles. The management even had a sign advising guests to...

"I did not know about having to pay about parking in the hotel parking lot. I will never be back and will let everyone know about this and I was told they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle after you pay them for parking. Greed will get you no where. Just remember when you are gone you can not take it with you. Greed is a sin."

"Disappointed with the property not upto the Hilton standards. Did not meet our expectations even though it was not very busy .Some staff need training in customer service and communication. Can not recommend this hotel."

"Over all it’s good, the property is over parkway very close to a lot of things, the carpet was stained and the room smells bad little bit but the staff promptly sent the room service to clean it and deodorized it. The breakfast was good the bed and sheets were very clean, every thing else were good. "

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."
