"This remodeled hotel is in the Earls Court neighborhood, convenient to the Tube and walkable to Hyde Park. The hotel offers a complimentary filtered water station, coffee, tea. There is a nice, shaded patio off the back. There are several stairs to navigate and no elevator. However, the front desk staff helped me with my large suitcase. The front desk is manned 24 hours by friendly, helpful staff, the room felt spacious for an older property and had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable...

"Great introduction to London. Our room was spacious, air conditioning was excellent. It’s the kind of hotel where, if you wanted to relax in your room for a few hours, you could really stretch out. Like a neighborhood bed and breakfast but with a full bar and restaurant."

"The room was fine. It was decorated nicely, but clearly not well maintained. There were stains on the fabric headboard and couch, toothpaste on the top of the sink, scum on the taps and in the shower, crumbs between the chair cushions, and hairs on the bed sheets. The hallways smelled musty and the housekeeping cart that we saw in the hall was just a repurposed suitcase with a ratty old mop and refilled water bottles of old mystery detergent. "Nice balcony suite on 10th floor with fantastic aircon which was very welcome during this current heatwave. Good substantial breakfast and staff always replenishing items as they run out. One lift is out of order but it did not impact too much on our stay and we were very kindly granted an extra hour past normal check out. Have stayed here four years in a row for our Wimbledon visit and will definitely be returning again."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

I had an issue with the rattling door on room B3, which woke me up in the early hours and kept me awake. Anastasia managed to change my room over for the 2nd night. I would happily stay again. "

"Wonderful stay above a great pub. Unique and cosy room interiors. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean and hygienic. Safe too. Great housekeeping service too. 7-8mins walk to the train station. Park nearby great for daily walks. Can be bit noisy at night due to vehicles. But all in all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the great pub downstairs."
