The stay and facilities were a true onsen and a must do experience in Japan. Hakone has many onsens. When we return we would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Great stay overall from check in to check out! Really enjoyed the accommodations with such a beautiful and large room. Town with restaurants is close by within walking distance and the bus and train stops are very convenient! The open air onsen was lovely. Everything was comfortable and the staff was so kind! Was worried about the shared bathrooms but honestly that was so easy and also close enough to the rooms to not feel like a hassle at all. "
