"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The breakfast staff were amazing! Very attentive and efficient. The hotel was clean. Sometimes had to call down for missed towels. Bring your own facecloth as none are provided. This is our second visit and we look forward to returning! Both visits were more than a week each. "

Pool can get busy, hardly any deck available but lovely addition to our stay, i felt rejuvenated after using sauna and steam room.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Nice and helpful concierge.
Few minutes walk towards Tower Bridge- so beautiful at night.
Love how the bar is open til late!

"Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever.
We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those.
My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the money. The foyer was very clean and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room (although fairly small) was spotless and had all the amenities needed.
Continental breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out.
It is the first time I’ve stayed in this area of London but this would be my hotel of choice should I come here again."
