"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were amazingly quiet despite being located in a very populated area and right outside of the tube station. It’s incredibly close to amenities, with tons of restaurants nearby, as well as the Leicester Square tube station. From the airport we took just one tube that stopped directly at the hotel and it only took 45mins. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Also bigger than I thought (we had a basic room with window)."

"We had an excellent overnight stay. The room and en suite were spotless and the bed blissfully comfortable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a superior double room on arrival. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Room service breakfast also very reasonably priced and efficiently delivered. Hotel is located right by Tower of London and tube station so very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. "

The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
