"Staff were lovely. Room very dated, mattress so old it's like sleeping straight on the bed base, had to sleep on half the duvet just for a bit of softness. Window didn't close properly. Loose wires coming out of the wall. "

"All the staff were fantastic. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were lovely, and the hotel is only a few minutes from Earl's Court underground station, so easy to get where we wanted to go. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but that was the only concern."

"The bed, coffee machine, fridge, gym, and bathroom were all super clean. The gym was well looked after—water (still and sparkling) and towels were available. The weight section, treadmill, and cable fly machine were decent for a workout away from home. The bench was a downside, as the seat constantly slid. Santal shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, hand wash and body cream was a nice surprise in the bathroom. Staff were really lovely! There is a garden and a restaurant - I hope to check it...

"Got there at 1:30pm, room not available. Understandable, website quotes 3:00 check-in. Returned at 3, room still not available. Was offered room in basement. Did not want this. Was given other room on first floor. Took this. The "Roost" room was very small. Could barely fit 2 suitcases on the floor. Hot water did not work. Told to go to another room to take a shower. Next morning we had to pack up leave luggage in hotel storage. Pay for coffee station did not work. Returned from...

"Room was spacious. There are 2 big closets and desk which was very helpful to organize my belongings. Interior was nice, but room and buildings are a little outdated. My phone in the room was not working. And shower/bathtub needs an improvements. Gave me a hard time to get hot water running"

"La habitación era muy amplia y con un buen baño, todo muy limpio. Para los estándares de Europa tener dos camas tamaño Queen es un lujo. Además la ubicación es excelente, con estación del metro cerca. Es la tercera vez que me hospedo aquí y siempre me ha ido muy bien. Ninguna queja."
