"Very nice hotel and central location in Old Quarter. Staff were great. We received full service daily, even after we checked out and returned from our Ninh Binh trip 2 days later. They offered to hold our bags for a few hours until we had to depart for the airport. Breakfast was delicious, from buffet style to menu selections. Our room with a window was on the smaller side but it was enough. Quiet street and comfortable night sleep. We did not use the bar or spa."

"Check-in by Ahn was comprehensive. Hotel location was excellent 5 mins to train St and eateries. Easy walk to other attractions of a Grab. Ahn also arranged a Halong Bay trip and room upgrade on the boat. Checkout was easy and Ami could not do enough. Would defiystayvat the Mertel again. Note there are some rooms with internal windows only, best to pay a bit more and an external windows only."
