"Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and there are great pools, a lovely beach, and excellent dining options. "If you’re looking to relax, enjoy great food, and take in beautiful views, this is the perfect hotel. If you’re looking to party, this probably isn’t the place for you. The rooms are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!"
