"First time to Cancun, really enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort given it was slower season when we went! The room was very clean and the resort was not busy at all. The entire resort was very easy to navigate. Their butler system also very handy if you have any questions. Love the spa, probably one of the best spa I’ve been to. The entire stay was very relaxing. Would stay again for sure. "

"It was such an amazing experience! The pictures don’t do this place justice. We have Omar as a butler and he was so attentive! The Japanese restaurant was my favorite. The only complaint I would have is that the water had a distinct smell but besides that I can’t wait to come back!"
