"Honestly I’m very upset. Booked originally another location because it was closer to where I needed to go. They moved me last minute to another area in an extremely busy corner. There was noise from street all night long and didn’t sleep for my entire stay. Now they are refusing to compensate me. They put me in a further location which I spent more in cabs and didn’t sleep which resulted in my not having energy to visit city during the day. Really it ruined my vacation!!!
