The proximity to Akihabara was very nice. Many restaurants, places to visit, stores, drugstores, and, train station. Staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable."

"The public onsen is to die for. There is the indoor and outdoor bath and a sauna as well. A very decent hotel near two subway stations. 7 eleven convenience store is just a few minutes walk. Breakfast served was both western and Japanese. Staff were very polite. Interior of hotel very traditional ryokan style. Will book again if I come to Tokyo again."

"The room was great. The lines at check-in and check-out is very slow and at times frustrating. Also, the free drink you get as a VIP guest is poison. They offer you a free drink, but it has to come off their special menu which is just the worst wine or sparkling wine you could ever buy. And you have to pay money to even get to the bar, so it's kind of moot. The front desk is also disconnected from the bar, as they assured me the drink wasn't going to be for some off menu swill and that it was valid for any drink. Total fabrication."
