"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass.
