The bed is up against the wall, making you hope over your partner if you need to get up in the middle of the night for example. The spa is ok, however the operating hours are limited. "The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"
