Parking was $50/day and other service fees- ended up being an additional $450 for 4 days (not food/drink- just nonrefundable fees.) Then there’s the $400 refundable they take on top of that. They charge a $45 daily resort fee for snacks and water, and the two bottles of water in the room aren’t complimentary — if you drink them, they charge $5 each. "The accommodation was very nice! Great property location and extremely clean. For a 100 year old mansion, it was in great shape! It’s right next door to the southern most point buoy! Walkable to Mallory square. The parking lot is only for guests and although there was a charge, it was cheaper than parking in Mallory square!"
