"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast options were very good. The main criticism I have is the room was far too small with poor storage, and my upgraded balcony was unusable so a waste of money. I shall not stay there again because of the room, but if you are traveling on your own for 1 or 2 days, with a requirement to be close to the city then it’s fine"

"Arriving from LHR the hotel is in an extremely convenient location to the trains. Checking in is quick and painless. They have a fully stocked little market for refreshments to purchase with a good selection of necessities. The hotel was very clean I found no dust or hair . The bed was good! A little small for us hefty people but we made do :) . All facilities worked well but the large common area had a strong scent that made it hard for me to breathe because it bothered my asthma. That being...

"這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但 客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

"Nice welcome from Mohammed! Rooms very retro. Hôtel has a lot of vintage furniture which has a sort of shabby chic vibe ! Very bright colours and not everyone’s taste! Bed and bathroom were very clean and close proximity to St Pancras made it a suitable place to stay for one night."
