"We planned a pool day on Wednesday however the pool was closed supposedly due to high winds, but it was not very windy at all and the day before was much windier and the pool was open. My guess it was closed due to lack of staffing, I would have preferred a honest reason."

"I had to wait two hours to check in. There was a water outage from midnight till early morning. The shower was terrible because the water was pushing so strong, like the fire department hose, I could not even stand relaxed to enjoy a good shower. I told the house keeping about the issue they did not even bother to fix turn down the water a little bit. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
