"I have an inconvenience at arrival they don't have the room that I paid for they give me an up grade but it was big and the only bad was the bath tab dirty not working properly finally after two nights I get the one I choose on line much better."

"We loved our stay at Hyatt Ziva! My husband and I are not huge fans of all inclusive resorts, but this one felt different and the food exceeded our expectations. Everything felt made to order and so fresh. The breakfast and lunch buffet options were different each day and we never had any tummy troubles. There was a variety of other restaurant options on property that we also enjoyed. I can honestly say, we never had a bad meal or dining experience. The staff was helpful, friendly, and mostly bilingual. We were always greeted with a smile and never left waiting with any request. Huge shout out to Ramon, David, Miguel, and Hector who truly made our stay special! The property was clean and quiet. It felt so secluded in the cove with a view of Los Arcos, and views of Puerto Vallarta in the distance. The bay itself was clear and calm on most days for swimming. Next time, I would bring a float. We chose a swim up room which felt very private and had an incredible view of the beach. Room 1109-1112 have the best unobstructed views. We visited during their slow season (Mid July) which is also rainy season, but loved it because nothing felt crowded and we had sunshine every day. This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and we can't wait to go back!"

"My experience at Buenaventura was one of the best. It is authentic Mexican resort with Mexican cuisine, the staff are amazing, very friendly. My encounter with one the manager name Carlos who went above and beyond to make my experience remarkable. Definitely will recommend it, and will go back whenever I go to Pueta Vallarta."

"The property is lovely. I highly recommend the room with the swim up pool. There were times we had amazing service, and other times (breakfast and the rooftop) where the service was mediocre. After a so/so experience at breakfast, we ordered breakfast room service the next day which was absolutely fantastic. FYI, there’s not much going on after 8 pm. We wanted a relaxing weekend, so it worked for us."

"We loved the location of the hotel. Located on Mismaloya Beach, a beautiful cove next to a little town, with delicious restaurants and a pier. The hotel staff were very attentive and super nice. The pool area was great, divided into different areas for adults and children. Great activities for all ages. Adelina helped us book a few amazing tours and a dinner and show. She’s very polite and professional and had everything taken care of before we arrived. She also helped us with transportation to and from the hotel. The food was better than expected for an all inclusive hotel. Their specialty restaurants are also very good, but require reservations. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return with the whole family."
