"We checked in and found the room to be generally clean. However, when we went to use the sofa bed, we found debris and crumbs underneath the pull-out bed. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to a significant noise issue that the hotel is apparently aware of, as earplugs and white noise machines are provided in every room.
