"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs. "Great location, easy secure indoor parking, Lucy on the front desk was terrific. Granted there was a heatwave going on but the front facing room we had was baking hot on arrival. Drawing the curtains would have helped a little and although one fan was on, another would have been even better. Some iced water on arrival would have been a nice touch. Small details but its attention to detail that really counts in hospitality. Look forward to returning! Thank you."

"The apartment was in very poor condition, with damaged blinds, ripped wallpaper, and marks and scratches throughout. The outdoor area was also in a terrible state. There was constant noise from people upstairs shouting until 4 a.m., making it very disruptive. This accommodation is not suitable for a family with three children and is far from the luxury experience advertised—especially considering the high cost."

"Great little apartment, so nice to be in a room with high ceilings and panelling. Well fitted out kitchen, with proper knives for cooking, plenty of pans and a colander. A couple of minor notes, the most relevant has to be the carpet, which was rather filthy tbh. Not particulates, more the staining and general condition. As a retired owner of a deep cleaning business, I would recommend once annually in rooms where food is cooked. Normally every 2 years (with spotting) in std hotel rooms is ok....
