"I absolutely loved this charming stay. Right in the center of Ubud, yet discreetly tucked away to feel like a secluded resort. The staff is so kind and very welcoming. The room was well-equipped with water, a mini-fridge, tv, and a few little things such as clean and new comb, shave kit, etc. There was a small balcony that opened up to lots of nature and a small creek down bellow. Would definitely book again!"

"Totally overestimated. Outdated room. Towels were worn out. There was a stain and a dead fly on a comforter and I requested to change it. A female employee picked up the dead fly by her fingers and didn’t wash her hand. Gross! "

"The spa and the restaurant were particularly wonderful. Front desk was helpful (sometimes a little overly helpful). Pool was wonderful but you needed to go early to avoid a crowd. I was a single traveler but a lot of families were there as well as young couples."

The room was perfectly clean when we arrived, and they offered daily cleans and a turn down service in the evenings. They even left a flower petal happy birthday message on my birthday! "・客室 畑の中にあるので、虫がたくさんいます。 シャワーは半分外にあり、ヤモリが7匹くらい天井に張り付いていますが、連泊していると慣れます。 虫刺されが嫌なので、日本から蚊取り線香を持って行きました。強くお勧めします。 部屋自体はキレイでした。 虫に強い拒否反応がなければ、大丈夫かと思います。 冷房も普通に効きますが、日中は少し暑いかと思います。 ・朝食 パンと卵料理、ベーコン、フルーツ、コーヒーなど 量が少し少ないかと感じますが、美味しかったです。 ・スタッフ フレンドリーでした。街までスクーターで運んでくれます。 自分で歩くとちょうど10分くらいかかります。"

"It was a beautiful setting. We had a fantastic time. We had one of the rooms not the villas. It was a very big and spacious room and we worked well. The fresh water machine was great and the coffee maker is always a welcome bonus. All the team that worked the restaurant did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. The afternoon tea snacks were lovely."
