"Amazing"

"The rooms were nice and large and clean. Our fresh sheets did have some stains on them. There was a safe in the room but ours did not work. Our mini fridge was not stocked during our stay. But when we called they delivered water and drinks the same day. Beautiful views and lots of pools! Property was kept clean and we all felt very safe here. Just know if you book a room with two beds you may not get it. We booked a garden view with 2 bed for myself and adult daughter. When checking in we were given a king bed. They told us there was nothing they could do. That was just the way they did things."

"My family and I had a great time at Royal Solaris. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the amenities and staff was great. I do feel that the chairs by the pool are not enough and if you don’t grab one super early you are stuck holding your stuff. We saw a lot of people reserving them early in the morning and then when I tried to leave my stuff in one someone removed my kids life vest and left them on the ground. Not sure who removed my stuff but I felt I was unfair as I had seen so many people reserve the chairs the days prior."

"Definitely if you are staying here is better to have the all inclusive. The restaurants are all great. Food was delicious and cooked to order. The breakfast not the beat but for a quick bite before heading out I guess it works"

"The hotel is at a great location. All the rooms see the ocean. Spacious rooms. A little windy, so make sure to bring some stuff for that both for day and night. The foods are hit or miss, hence the 4-star rating. If I'm paying this much, I'd expect the food to be top notch in all places not just a few."

"The room was very run down, cracks in walls, dirty ( needed paint) and some lights didn't work. Just overall outdated and run down. The couch was dirty as well"
