"We found the room spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Minutes away from Albert Dock accessible to many restaurants. The hotel was modern in the heart of a large shopping complex. Certainly would recommend here."

"Nice hotel in a convenient location. Though on returning in the evening there was thumping music from a bar opposite our room. Calling reception they advised that this would likely continue til approx. 4am. The hotel relocated us to a different room where we were unaffected by the music but it is disappointing that the staff are fully aware this will happen and that the room be given to a guest when others unaffected by the noise are available. That said the staff were very helpful in relocating...

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."

"Cooked breakfast was luke warm rather than hot. Good selection. Room lacked plug sockets and 2 didn't work at all. Made it difficult to make hot drinks in room. Room itself was clean. There was a broken tile o n bathroom floor. Customer service was let down by a couple of staff who did not seem to want to help."
