Just disgusting, I’ve already filed a formal complaint to Expedia and am expecting my full money back. The building stank, the bed was mouldy and had hairs on from the previous guest, so the bedding clearly wasn’t cleaned or changed. The whole flat was filthy and to make things worse my “room” had a huge piece of the wall missing in the top right hand side wall, meaning that it was neither private nor secure, literally anyone could’ve jumped up and climbed in my room at any time so the lockable door was useless. I didn’t feel safe, decided not to even stay over in the end, luckily I had a friend outside of London who was able to help me. Don’t think any property of this standard should be featured on Expedia, I thought they did quality control checks and I trusted this site. As for the ARS Guest House simply don’t bother, there’s obviously a reason that it’s cheap but it’s seriously disgusting this standard of cleanliness, it’s not sanitary, surely a clean bed is the absolute minimum for a new guest checking in right?!

Dirty and discusting

The smell in there is terreble, like its been a deed body for a year!!! Bathroom nasty and no paper and notheng to dry the hands and one towel for 4 persone in 3 day's . Silander on the door was half broken ond the owner told me he will come and fix it but newer came. Realy noise not from the train, from the street. Worst stay ever!!! Spend more money and this is not wort it.

I would rate this property 0 out of 10 due to the fact that when we got to the property that we paid for somebody Starts banging on my door at 1 o’clock in the morning saying that they’ve booked the room as well and they paid for it and telling us to get out so I called the person that you know I’ve booked the property with and his response was they’ve got two rooms they don’t need this room you guys can have it for the night and when the woman was saying but I have to kids and that I booked in for the night before for three nights due to the fact that she was on holiday he shouted at her aggressively and said that they’re going to have to share one room and In fact he is not coming out of his house at this time of night to sort this out. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. The location was extremely bad due to the fact that he put us in a room that was right next to Whitechapel station so I barely got any sleep and there was a lot of banging and loud noises throughout the property, this is the worst property I’ve ever been to my whole entire life and I would not recommend anyone to go here again. The rooms were not that clean and the bathroom and toilets were disgusting.

L'hébergement est situé au pied du métro "Whitechapel" et proche d'une supérette. A part ça, l'appartement est très sale et malodorant, il y avait de la poussière partout, le sol collait aux chaussures, la cuisine était crasseuse, la cuvette des wc n'a jamais été lavée durant notre semaine de vacances. Les sacs poubelles sont stockés en plein milieu des escaliers, nous devions laver la douche avant utilisation tellement elle était sale. il était proposé : un wifi, mais il ne marchait pas des serviettes, mais celles-ci étaient encore humides de l'ancien locataire un lit double, ok mais on aurait apprécié un sommier qui ne soit pas affaissé sur tout un coté. Petit bonus, si vous aimez les blattes, toute une famille y vit dans les différentes pièces. En espérant que le propriétaire fasse le nécessaire pour l'avenir...
