Hotel was good. But please be aware if you are taking your car as the parking is £12 per day, even if you are just staying for the night as we checked in at 9pm and left 8am next morning.

hotel was very clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. considering the lockdown conditions still in place, everything that was available was excellent. a couple of small gripes were that the swimming pool was open but there was no lifeguard and although there was a camera in place, clearly no one monitored it as a family came in jumping around and pulling the life saving equipment into the pool - no one came in!!! other than this it was a very good and comfortable stay and would use again.

At the front desk the service was poor. Only one person present, long queues. On booking my room it said it was a queen size bed plus a sofa bed. When we arrived we asked for the staff to put the sofa bed out however they said the room did not have one (clearly did). Spoke to the front desk in the morning who did not say anything or apologise.

I was in desperation mode to get out of Italy and back home to Chicago as the coronavirus was spreading. I found Novotel, was glad it was so close to Heathrow (about 2.5 miles). I was very pleasantly surprised that such a reasonably priced hotel was so beautiful. The bar/restaurant area was open and inviting. I met three men and struck up a conversation. As it happened, they were all involved in the management of the place. Really, really nice people who cared about their clients. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There isn't much in the surrounding area but its an airport hotel so you don't expect much in that way. I had only 14 hours there, so I didn't have an opportunity check it all out but I hope to in the future.

Dirty. Made us wait 1 hour to check in at 5pm.
Room was not cleaned. Toilet room had not been cleaned and had poo in the bowl. When the manager came he flushed the toilet and said it’s okay know I had to make him clean the whole room absolutely disgusting. Staff can barley speak English and rude. Not anywhere close to the executive room that I paid for. Will never use this Hotel again.

Toilet is very small and no wash basin in the toilet and very bad odour coming from the shower area. It may be coming from plumbing system. Sofa bed is not comfortable and very old. Room temperature is very high. We tried to reduce the temperature on the wall but not effective. We opened the window but not any air circulation. breakfast is just average. Swimming pool have no privacy because its just near the breakfast area. This facilities not able to call Four star hotel. .. many thanks

I didn’t like anything about this property. Check-in was very poor, with only one person at a makeshift check-in desk. He was kind. The poor petty was extremely loud and felt more like a amusement park with people and kids running everywhere than a hotel. We then went up to our room. The carpets looked old and dirty in the hallways getting there. Inside the room we barely had room to get into our bed. We had a queen and sofa bed. The shower head was malfunctioning and the toilet barely flushed. We found a hair in the sofa bed.
The insulation was very poor inside. the windows were poorly insulated as well.
Check out was very fast. People barely spoke English.

Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service

No transfer shuttle available as promised
Hi, don’t be fooled by the offer of an airport shuttle as this service has been withdrawn by the hotel but continues to advertise it as available. The staff are kind enough to offer a taxi number which is more expensive than 2 other numbers and thankfully we didn’t fall for this.
The room was really basic and not that clean. Shower mixer tap was broken with parts missing. The menu was poor and breakfast had been cooked a day or so before by the dried out taste.
Not my best stay in a hotel as you may have guested.

The room had faulty heating after complain they provided portable heater which wasn't big enough to warm the room. They charged separately for breakfast but most of the items were finished by time we came for breakfast both juice machines were off and only one coffee machine was fully working.
4 star hotel with 2 star service.
Great facilities. Wide variety of choice for breakfast, however queues were aroubnd 30-40 mins wait during peak times i.e 9am. Would avoid if needing to set off for legoland early. Room clean. Parking expensive@ 15
per night.
