The customer service at this hotel went above and beyond to help each guest. This hotel is right on the river Thames and is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant is accommodating. Great stay!!!

The hotel ambience and style is amazing. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Love the design and look. The parking offered at the nearby Westfield isn't the easiest to access with all of the ongoing roadworks. Securing onsite or nearby parking would be preferable. The reception staff who served ...

The staff were great, only issue was a dirty duvet cover but not enough to complain, also the buffet breakfast was not the best (scrambled eggs) and no ketchup or brown sauce but bar that lovely room and bathroom and lovely staff
